This weekend we get to stay a little closer to home to race! According to the weather man it is going to be HOT so that means you need to hydrate BEFORE and during the race. Make sure to use sports drink in the morning and the day before to top off your electrolytes. Also…the faster you run, the faster you are out of the heat so be in a rush to finish!
