Friday, April 24
4:00 - Check in & Welcome (2002 West Lakeshore Dr. Landrum, SC 29356)
5:00 - Swim #1 skills and drills (sighting, drafting, partner clap, water polo) - Feedback from Coach!
6:00 - Dinner (included) Chicken, Rice, Broccoli with orange & teriyaki sauce on the side
6:30 - Changing Tires and Bike Maintenance (chain cleaning) - what you need to know - Ben Griswold (Benchmark Bicycles). This is HANDS ON - you will be changing your tires! Taking wheels off etc.
Because swimming at camp is FUN!
Saturday, April 25th
6:00 - Breakfast (bring your own)
7:00 - Leave for race
7:30 - Group Warm-up & dynamic stretching
8:00 Harmon Field Half Marathon -

1:30 - Nutrition Presentation - Race planning spreadsheet, also after workout meals
2:30-4:30 - Bike Ride and transition practice at Harmon Field.

Sunday, April 26th
6:30 Sunrise Swim - minute intervals
7:30 Breakfast - Your Momma’s Hot Cakes with pancakes w turkey sausage and sugar free syrup (or maple syrup option)
8:30 - On the Bike with Coach Jim Cunningham from Greenville Cycling & Multisport -
SAG will have extra water bottles and pickle juice, Rice Crispy Treats and Addra bars.
Longer Course with 2x10 mile TT efforts

Shorter Course with 1x10 mile TT effort
Staying together at the team house allows more time to get to know teammates and learn from each other.
Brick Run:
hard core = 1 lap around the lake,
less hard core = 2-3 miles towards the dam and stay right towards the Tea House for the flattest option - out and back.
1:30 and after lunch available - Chicken bacon wraps w ranch and chips
After we are done with the ride and the brick/run you are welcome to hang out and enjoy the lake for the remainder of the day!
Running the Harmon Field Half Marathon course at last years camp - the gravel road is a nice soft surface but also offers lots of shade.

For Non-Coached athletes:
